At B2+ level –Common European Framework- learners will be able to communicate at an upper intermediate level. They will be able to engage in extended conversations on most general topics e.g. family, ambitions, jobs, technology, etc. in a clearly participatory fashion. They will be able to give advice, use language flexibly and effectively for social purposes as well as demonstrate a good command of lexical repertoire. Learners will also be able to understand a wide range of recorded audio material as well as lengthy reading texts identifying detail, attitudes, relationships between speakers, implied and stated opinion, among others. Learners will be able to effectively write a formal e-mail, an anecdote, a well-structured biography and a review. Students become ‘INDEPENDENT USERS OF THE LANGUAGE’ at this level.
